Tusk: A common Western front can increase force on Russia

Donald Tusk arrived in Helsinki at the summit of the EU's east flank. "We sit together on 1 side: Americans, Ukrainians and Europe. This could increase the effectiveness of our force on Russia," said the Prime Minister.
