Tusk will talk to a coalition of those willing in Paris

In Paris, Prime Minister Donald Tusk will take part in talks between a coalition of volunteers on, among another things, safety guarantees for Ukraine. The head of the Polish government will besides meet with French president Emmanuel Macron. A spokesperson for the German government signaled that "talks about a merger" with Donald Trump are underway.
