Tusk: We have detained a Russian citizen. He was planning an attack on a U.S. citizen.

"We have detained a Russian citizen who was recruited by Russian intelligence services and whose mission was to carry out the execution right here in Warsaw of both an American and a Ukrainian citizen at the same time," Donald Tusk said at a press conference. He added that the intended victim was a thorn in the side of Vladimir Putin’s regime.
