"Since diplomacy has not brought any results, I publically appeal to Presidents Karol Nawrotsky and Volodymyr Zelensky for a direct and frank conversation," Donald Tusk emphasized on the X website, referring to the dispute over awarding the honorary title of "Heroes of the UPA" to the Separate peculiar Operations Center "North" of the peculiar Operations Forces of Ukraine.
