Donald Tusk's evening entry on the X platform had a informing character. The Prime Minister stressed that the state was acting calmly, consistently and within the limits of the law, but at the same time stressed that the era of impunity for politicians and those associated with the erstwhile authority was coming to an end. His words indicate that settlements are no longer a loose promise from the campaign.
At the same time, the head of government calmed down those who had nothing on their conscience, suggesting that they did not gotta fear the actions of prosecutors and services. The recipient of the signal is, therefore, those who have treated the last 2 years as a time of "relief" and proof that the state will not be able to scope them.
Gracić: "The Last Judgment" for those who hoped for impunity
In "Facts After Facts" on TVN24, Jan Grabić straight linked the Prime Minister's entry to ongoing proceedings concerning the PiS rule. The head of the KPRM suggested that those who have enjoyed so far for deficiency of charges may shortly change their mood, due to the fact that if individual is seriously "guilty", sooner or later they will experience their "final court" before the prosecutor and the court.
Grabic pointed out that the activities of the services are not a show action, but part of a wider process of cleansing public life after years of abuse. In this context, he recalled at least the Wednesday action of CBA in the foundation connected with Tadeusz Rydzyk. He besides added that he felt that the next fewer hours could bring further information about investigations and searches.
– We know that in fresh times this current activity of the services and the prosecutors brings very tangible results (...) I think that the next hours will bring further facts – concluded Jan Grabiec.
In the background tense movements in the PiS and fighting for a scheda after Kaczyński
The conversation on TVN24 besides affected the interior situation in PiS. Jan Grabić estimated that the increasing conflicts between the surroundings of Mateusz Morawiecki and alleged buttermen were a conflict for the future of the organization after Jarosław Kaczyński left the front line. In his opinion, the president lost political momentum and the PiS monopoly on the right was broken by expanding the importance of groups specified as the Confederate or the environment of Grzegorz Braun.
– The deficiency of initiative from the largest opposition organization created a space where competition in the form of the Confederacy, in the form of Braun, was growing. There are also political ideas on the right. And this manic conviction of Jarosław Kaczyński that there can be no competition on the right hand, and that will guarantee the power of the Law and Justice, it is not so certain today. It is clear that the monopoly of the Law and Justice has been broken," said Grabić.
The head of the KPRM suggested that interior pushes in the PiS were late settlements for election failure 2 years ago and for the kind of governance that led to the failure of power. In this picture, the announcement of speeding up settlements by the current government becomes an additional origin destabilising the largest opposition organization – not only due to the hazard of criminal responsibility, but besides due to the political consequences of subsequent scandals.
– I think there's any kind of settlement going on today. Actually, it wasn't until present for what happened 2 years ago in the election. For what it looked like to regulation in the times of the Law and Justice government. And besides from what has happened in the last 2 years," said Grabieć.
Donald Tusk's evening entry and comments by Jan Grabc show that the ruling camp considers the phase of "collection of material" to be mostly completed and announces the entry into the process decision phase. The "other facts" announced by the head of KPRM can further warm up the political scene, especially if they contact people from the front pages of newspapers.
