Donald Tusk on Saturday appealed to the Americans to keep a strategical community. Its entry was very popular and quite a few comments appeared under it.

The Prime Minister included an entry in the X site in English, in which he addressed “American friends”. He stressed that Europe remains the closest ally of the United States and that both continents have common enemies.

"Dear American friends, Europe is your closest ally, not your problem. And we have common enemies. At least that's been the case for the last 80 years. We gotta stick to this, this is the only sensible strategy for our common security. Unless something has changed, Tusk wrote.

Popularity of alert

The Prime Minister's comment was widely resonated on social media. Res Futura reported that this entry became the most engaging post in the planet on socio-political topics on 6 and 7 December.
