Tusk about the death of 7-year-old Amelia after Russian attack on Ukraine

According to information provided by the State Service of Ukraine for Extraordinary Situations, 26 people were killed at the time, including 3 children. Ballistic missiles and drones hit, among others, 2 blocks where average people, residents, including Amelka and her mother, were present. Buildings collapsed after fire and took fire.
