As we have late reported on Temat.pl, a 28-point draft agreement to end the war in Ukraine was revealed. It was officially established in Washington, D.C., but Western media call it the "American-Russian" plan, as it mostly responds to Vladimir Putin's demands known for years. Among another things, we talk about the permanent removal of their lands from the Ukrainians and the deprivation of their chances of entering NATO.
