Tusk on his conversation with Putin: “We must stay vigilant”

Donald Tusk confirmed that the contacts between the leaders of Finland and Norway and Vladimir Putin were preceded by consultations with Poland, Ukraine, and the United States. The conversation was intended to aid prepare for possible negotiations on ending the war in Ukraine. The prime minister, however, cautioned against excessive optimism.
