On the night of 3-4 September, there was a double violation of the Polish airspace. This message was confirmed by General Staff of the Polish Army General Wiesław Kukuła. – Everything was under our control – he assured. – This was possible due to the fact that we drew good conclusions from the situation which took place on the night of 19-20 August, erstwhile the detonation in Osiny occurred," he added.
Tusk: Poland will respond very powerfully from today
On Friday, during a press conference in Łomża (podlaskie province), Donald Tusk referred to this. “We are dealing with an expanding tension associated with provocations. I talked about it with the Minister of National Defence for a long time," he said.

– For now, as you know, we are preparing for a appropriate response, together with our allies, to these aggressive maneuvers that Russia and Belarus are preparing, close our border. These are very aggressive, in that sense aggressive maneuvers that they simulate like this, not defense, let's not fool ourselves. For our part, NATO will besides respond with maneuvers in our territory," said Tusk in Łomża.
Finally, he added that "it does not exclude the application of circumstantial measures to Belarus if there are repeated provocations on their part", but "it will say more about it next week".
