Tusk: I do not accept the vote on this matter

I do not accept the Members' vote on the President's proposal for a Central Communication Port. It should be apparent to everyone, starting with Marshal Simon Holownia, that the effort to regulation through presidential bill drafts and simultaneously vetoing everything that the government accepts is an open violation of what the constitution says - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk on Friday.
