A minute after the election results were announced, Rafał Trzaskowski declared victory. There was euphoria in the Civic Coalition candidate's run team. However, Donald Tusk showed restraint and left the election night very quickly. He left shortly after Trzaskowski's speech. Why didn't he decide to give a speech himself?
