Tusk: Europe at hazard of Russian attack in a fewer years if it does not arm itself

According to the Prime Minister, Europe is in the long word the mark of Russian aggression. That is why European countries request to start investing in the armed forces. Otherwise, the advantage will be on Russia's side.
