The American administration published a 28-point plan to end the Russian-Ukrainian War. In Europe, it has caused quite a few controversy, and many analysts believe that it is not peculiarly beneficial for Ukraine.
The media has for any time argued that European countries want to prepare an alternate to this plan. Donald Tusk besides expressed his willingness to cooperate with European allies.
– Together with the leaders of France, Italy, Germany, large Britain, Canada and Japan, we have declared our readiness to work on the American peace plan, raising reservations about any of its points. Tomorrow, European leaders will meet in Luanda before the beginning of the Africa-European Union Summit, where I will present the Polish point of view – he tweeted.

The Tusk entry was published the day before the summit of the European Union – African Union, which will take place in the 50th anniversary of Angola's independence. The gathering of heads of government and EU countries is scheduled to take place, and the discussion will be discussed in a 28-point plan.
