Tusk: CPN is making a comeback. Fuel will be cheaper, and prices will be regulated.

“Starting Monday, we will be reinstating the CPN program—which stands for ‘Lower Fuel Prices’—to a crucial extent. We will reduce the VAT on fuel from 23 to 8 percent, which should consequence in a price drop of 90 groszy, or even more than 1 zloty per liter,” announced Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
