"Finally a breakthrough. There is simply a decision about the first exhumations of Polish UPA victims. I thank the Ministers of Culture of Poland and Ukraine for their good cooperation" - wrote Donald Tusk. "We are waiting for further decisions" - added the Prime Minister.
