- Like Turkey, Poland wants a ceasefire as shortly as possible - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk in Ankara, referring to the war in Ukraine. After talks with president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, he emphasized that Poland and Turkey want a "just peace" between Russia and Ukraine. Tusk said that he had approached Erdoğan with a proposal for Ankara's participation in the peace process.
