The Sejm will take up a draft amendment to the act on judicial bailiffs prepared by the Ministry of Justice. 1 of its main assumptions is to decision the age limit from 65 to 70, after which the minister dismisses a judicial bailiff from office. This means that representatives of this profession will be able to quit 5 years later than at present.
