Tusk's decision regarding TVN. Will the station end up in German hands?

A fewer days ago, Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that TVN and Polsat stations are to be entered on the list of strategical companies. According to media reports, the owner of TVN, the Discovery Group, was to sale its shares to a company from Hungary. However, journalists from wPolsce24.tv determined that the rights in the media group were to be taken over by German capital.
