The sale of American F-16 fighters of Turkey must not be subject to additional conditions - noted Turkish defence minister Hulusi Akar on Tuesday. His message is simply a reaction to the bill of the American home of Representatives, which sets additional requirements for the export of these aircraft to Turkey.
