Turkey's Parliament "with large probability" ratifys Finland's accession to NATO by mid-April - said Reuter's agency on Wednesday, citing sources in Ankara. According to these sources, ratification of Sweden's proposal will happen later due to a dispute over Kurdish refugees in the country.
