The Turkish fleet has enriched with the first submarine of a fresh generation

It is the first of six kind 214TN submarines for the Turkish Navy built at the local shipyard Gölcük Naval Shipyard from Gölcük by Marmara's sea, on the basis of a licence and based on the transfer of technology provided by the German shipbuilding company thyssenkrupp Marine Systems (tKMS).
