Cyberattacks, artificial intelligence, dual-use technologies and safety of critical infrastructure are only a part of the topics that will be at the heart of the discussion during the global legislature on Cybersecurity and Breakthrough Technologies IN.SE.CON 2026 co-organised by the Ministry of National Defence and the MTP Group. On 15-16 April, representatives of government, troops, business and cybersecurity experts will meet at the Poznań legislature Center to discuss the key challenges of digital safety of states and organizations.
The programme of this year's edition will be implemented on 3 parallel scenes responding to the needs of decision makers, business representatives and operational professionals.
The Main phase is simply a space for strategical debate, where representatives of government administration, military command, global institutions and opinion leaders will meet. The programme included speeches by Krzysztof Gawkowski – Minister of Digitization and Cezary Tomczyk, Secretary of State at the Ministry of National Defence. The peculiar guest of the legislature will be Sławomir Uznański-Wiśniewski, an astronaut who spent respective days at the global Space Station last year conducting research. Debates on breakthrough technologies in the fresh kind of wars of the 21st century and Polish possible in creating technologies of the future were besides planned.
This year's edition was expanded to include modules dedicated to dual-use, space and unmanned technologies. For the first time, it is besides planned to organize a region of Polish start-ups. It is to be the place of promotion of Polish companies offering proprietary products, solutions and services in the field of widely understood cybersecurity of breakthrough technologies. We want IN.SE.CON to be the place of meetings and talks of innovators with representatives of the budgetary sphere, including, above all, representatives of entities related to national defence and home affairs and administration departments - Paweł Dziuba, manager of the Cybersecurity Department of the Ministry of National Defence.
The fresh edition of 2026 is an extended Professional Scene dedicated to cybersecurity practices: SOC, CSIRT, CERT, Red and Blue Team, penesters and analysts. The programme covers 3 thematic blocks: prevention, active defence and crisis management. Among the presented issues include the usage of the MITRE ATT&CK framework, full attack chain analysis in the IoT environment, live demo XDR solutions, detection based on Windows registry artifacts, as well as scenarios of consequence to ransomware and DDoS attacks.
In parallel, the Business and Local Government Scene will operate, addressed to management, critical infrastructure operators and representatives of local administration.
An integral part of the legislature is an extended EXPO area, where partners and exhibitors will present the latest technologies, solutions and services to support digital safety of the organization and critical infrastructure. Participants who value direct talks with representatives of companies and the anticipation of getting to know the offer at the stands in item will have at their disposal a space conducive to networking and exchange of experience. In addition to the classical fair formula, Speakers’ Corner is planned – a scene of short, 20-minute appearances by exhibitors who will focus alternatively of conventional product presentations on real cybersecurity challenges and applicable ways of solving them.
The participants will besides be waiting for CyberHackLab – an interactive space where the explanation meets with practice. For 2 days, curious people will face realistic cybersecurity challenges specified as breaking passwords, identifying vulnerability or solving puzzles inspired by real cyber incidents.
