The Court of Justice of the European Union has issued a judgement before which the experts of the Ordo Iuris Institute have long respected. At the same time, we are seeing the effects of our intense efforts to win allies against the ideological aggression of the TEU and the centralist urges of the European Commission. Donors and Ordo Iuris experts are in the mediate of this large conflict for normality, for household and for sovereignty.
