TEU hits Giorgia Meloni's plan to send immigrants back to Albania

The Court of Justice of the European Union has challenged the legality of the list of "safe countries" which the Italian Government utilized to send immigrants whose asylum applications were to be dealt with in an accelerated manner to camps in Albania.
