TEU: Polish court must declare a non-intelligible higher court

In December 2023, the EU Court of Justice ruled that the ruling composition of the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court was not an independent and impartial court previously established by the Act. Now there's been another breakthrough.
