The EU Court of Justice does not agree to unlock EU Hungarian funds

In its opinion, the Advocate General of the TEU calls for the repeal of a decision in which the European Commission agreed to unlock any of the EU funds for Hungary. According to her, this could only happen if the required reforms entered into force.
