"Poles frequently say the president should be a statesman, and this 1 must be able to make the hardest decisions. Do you have points of the program that are not very popular today, but are you going to introduce them due to the fact that you consider them a national interest?" – that was the first question that candidates for president heard during the Monday debate.
When the turn of Rafał Trzaskowski came, the candidate of the Civic Coalition hit Karol Nawrocki in the first words.
– The most crucial thing in politics is honesty. A politician should do people's business, not his. The last days have shown that 1 of the candidates should consider whether he has a moral right to search the office of President," said the president of Warsaw.
– The most crucial things to do are safety. This is fundamental. For any it is controversial that we request to spend more on security," he added.
