Trzaskovsky election protest. The staff questions the result of the election

Were presidential elections fair? Rafał Trzaskowski's staff is not certain about this. MON Vice-Chief Cezary Tomczyk announced a vote protest, arguing this "an inexplicable increase in invalid votes" and another irregularities. Is that adequate to undermine the result of the election?
