The Court of Strasbourg has again adjourned cases for the regulation of law against Poland

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) decided to extend this time, this time until 23 November 2026, postpone the examination of nearly 900 complaints concerning the improvement of the judiciary in Poland.
