According to the information provided by Lega Artis, the allegations contained in the proposal cover a number of issues ranging from allegations concerning the functioning of the institution itself to actions taken by the NBP president in favour of the bank. Konrad Journalist, who had the chance to read the content of the proposal, stressed in the “Piasecki's Talk” programme that the allegations are varied and concern various aspects of Glapiński's work.
One of the key allegations is the deficiency of access to information for members of the Monetary Policy Council and part of the NBP Board, which may have affected their decisions. Additionally, it is pointed out that there are controversy over the acquisition of bonds in 2020 and the granting of bonuses to the president of Glapiński himself.
Piasecki emphasises that these allegations have different species weights, which may be applicable in the context of a possible trial before the Court of State.
The upcoming motion for the Court of State for Adam Glapiński is only the tip of the iceberg in difficulties, which is presently measured by the head of the National Bank of Poland.
