Trump changes the word ultimatum. "Then we'll impose sanctions"

Donald Trump announced that he would impose fresh sanctions on Russia in 10 days unless an agreement on the end of the war in Ukraine was concluded by then. As he admitted, he doesn't know if it will affect Russia.
