The Golden Dome is simply a future American rocket defence strategy that has already been announced many times by Donald Trump. This time, the president of the United States proposed to include Canada's neighboring strategy free of charge. However, this would have a large cost - in return Trump expects Canada to become the 51st U.S. State. The Canadian government has already referred to Trump's latest proposal.
