The U.S. Department of Justice published a study entitled "Creation of Anti-Christian Prejudices in the national Government" (Eradicating Anti-Christian Bias Within the national Government), in which he showed that Joe Biden's administration had committed "a consistent and systematic pattern of discrimination against Christians, including Catholics.
The 48-page paper is the first specified survey published by the Anti-Christian Prejudice Team, appointed by president Donald Trump in February this year, under the leadership of lawyer General Pam Bondi.
The intent of the recently established cell is to map, destruct and make amends for all kinds of “lawless and improper conduct, policies or practices aimed at Christians”.
The study stresses that "the national government will never again be able to usage its power against believers". It was assured that "the times of anti-Christian prejudice in the national government were over".
The squad first focused on “preliminary assessment of the harm caused by the regulation of spiritual freedom”. The study laments that despite the tremendous contribution of Christianity, which "not only inspired individuals and transformed the nation... the political, social and humanitarian contributions of Christians have been devalued, their convictions marginalized, and their communities have unlawfully fallen victim to an attack by their own government."
It was pointed out that "where there should be an “equality to the law” there was unequal treatment – policies and practices that discriminated against Christians, Christian houses of prayer and Christian beliefs."
The erstwhile ruling squad was accused that due to bias, people with anti-Christian prejudices were not prosecuted, and alternatively they sought “nowatory prosecution theories” aimed at those demonstrating their attachment to values and religions.
Thus, life defenders – about 20 Christians, many of whom are Catholic pro-life activists – were imprisoned under the provisions of the Law on Free Access to Clinics (FACE) due to protests in front of abortion facilities or due to prayer.
President Trump pardoned these people shortly after his oath. Biden’s squad did not show specified firmness as to defend places of worship or Christian relief centers for pregnant women.
An FBI memo from 2023 was recalled, striking “radical traditionalists” who were accused of interior terrorism. This was an utmost example of the bias of the national agency. In addition to the FBI and the Department of Justice, a number of another agencies besides got in.
The State Department was to favour hiring people of another denominations, discriminating Christian workers. It was noted that Christian holidays were little frequently granted than non - Christian holidays. In addition, the same department tried to impose on abroad governments and workers a "radical LGBTQ ideology", including the mandatory usage of preferred pronouns and rainbow flags, which, no doubt, violates the sincere convictions of many Christian workers.
The State Department was besides reluctant to bring humanitarian aid to Christians compared to another social groups and did not respond adequately to reports of attacks on Christians worldwide.
The Department of Defense, the Equal Opportunities Committee and the Department of Labour discriminated against Christians, rejecting requests for spiritual dismissals from the alleged COVID-19 vaccinations introduced by the Biden administration, which affected Catholic and another Christian people who applied for vaccination only due to their confession.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban improvement discriminated against Christians, "regarding posts on social media for Christian holidays specified as Palm Sunday, Good Friday and Easter, unlike posts on another spiritual holidays or interest groups, including posts on the period of Pride, Ramadan and Diwali, removing Christian posts and leaving the rest".
The study stated that the Department of Labour for Biden closed the Office of spiritual Initiatives and replaced them with the Office of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
The Equal Opportunities Committee (EEOC) violated the spiritual freedom of many stakeholders by interpreting the provisions of the Equal Opportunities Act for Pregnant Women in specified a way that it favoured abortion women and redefined the notion of harassment at work, extending them to the refusal of biological access to women's toilets and another facilities by gender, as well as the refusal to usage the name or pronoun "inconsistent" with someone's declared "sex identity".
The State Department harassed families who decided to supply home education to their children, frequently for spiritual reasons, in the form of targeted inquiries by the Inspector General, referrals to the IRS and threats to criminal proceedings. Officials compared home education to kid abuse.
The authors of the study have no doubt, as they write, that “disclosed evidence is indisputable” that “in Biden's regulation believers, especially Christians, were repeatedly subjected to anti-religious prejudices from their own government.”
The study provides detailed descriptions of how a individual was harassed by spiritual beliefs. For example, the Department of defence harassed a group of Navy Seal commandos who refused to accept alleged vaccines against COVID-19 citing their spiritual beliefs. The court prevented Biden’s administration from taking drastic action against these soldiers, from various Christian backgrounds. However, any of the commando group who "had a full of more than 350 years of service, more than 100 combat missions behind them" suffered consequences in the form of refusal to advance or restrict travel opportunities.
Veterans and all another soldiers were denied pastoral care during the large Week in 2023. Walter Reed National Military Medical Center issued a letter demanding the cessation of operations aimed at the Franciscan community, which provided pastoral care to soldiers and veterans for almost 2 decades. After cancelling the contract with the Franciscans, the medical centre concluded an agreement with a secular profit-making entity without providing pastoral care to the required extent.
To this day, part of the military personnel are inactive in action against the national government due to forcing them to test and receive vaccines. any end up with settlements and advanced compensation.
The Department of Education imposed advanced fines on Christian colleges including Liberty University (14 million dollars) and Grand Canyon University ($37.7 million). School councils were attacked for removing material from school libraries inappropriate for a given age.
The Department violated the spiritual freedom of parents who disagreed with sex indoctrination in public schools K-12 (e.g. Vitsaxaki v Skaneateles Central School territory (NY) and Damiano v Grants Pass School territory 7 are to perfectly illustrate the violation of these rights).
Various departments violated Christian rights by forcing wellness professionals to conduct and participate in abortions, etc.
The Anti-Christian Presumption squad consists of representatives of various national agencies. It plans to "examine the full scope of anti-Christian prejudices that permeated national agencies for Biden's government", drawing up a comprehensive follow-up study along with proposals and recommendations to be made by February 2026.
