Trump stopped the large investment. There are lawsuits

The Danish company Ørsted and the American states of Rhode Island and Connecticut announced on Thursday that they would file separate lawsuits against the Donald Trump administration. The plaintiffs claim that the decision to block the construction of an almost finished wind farm off the United States coast is illegal.
