U.S. president Donald Trump said that it does not exclude the withdrawal of any US troops from Europe and suggested that this could be the subject of trade negotiations. He besides expressed his satisfaction that the EU did not immediately decide to introduce retaliatory duties in consequence to the fresh US duties.
