U.S. president Donald Trump published an entry on Thursday at fact Social after a telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin.
Trump is to meet Trump in Hungary
He wrote that the conversation was "good and fruitful", adding that the "high-ranking advisor" of both countries would meet next week. "President Putin and I will then meet in an agreed place, in Budapest, Hungary, to effort to end this 'disgraceful' war between Russia and Ukraine," reads his entry.
However, he did not give the exact date of the meeting.
He besides announced that he would discuss the conversation with Putin during a gathering with the president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenski, which will be held next day (17 October) in the White House. "I believe that large advancement was made during today's telephone conversation" - he finished his entry.
"The planned gathering of Presidents of the United States and Russia is wonderful news for people around the planet who want peace. We are ready!" – the Prime Minister of Hungary himself responded to this idea.

The point is that in this town there was a alleged Budapestan memorandum, that is, an agreement signed in 1994 by Ukraine, the USA, Britain and Russia. In exchange for Ukraine's approval to abandon possession of atomic weapons – which it inherited after the dissolution of the USSR – the parties guaranteed Ukraine respect for its sovereignty, borders and security.
