The U.S. ultimate Court decided that the court of first instance could not block Donald Trump's decree to restrict the right to get citizenship for children of persons who are illegally or temporarily resident in the United States. Although the case afraid a regulation on alleged land law, the decision of the SN has a much broader effect, limiting the general law of the lower instance courts to suspending the entry into force of the regulations of presidents across the country. Trump rated it a "great victory".
