Trump: Full Block of Venezuelan Tankers

U.S. president Donald Trump announced on Tuesday a blockade of sanctioned tankers that flow into and out of Venezuelan ports. He stated that the Nicolas Maduro government in Venezuela was a "foreign terrorist organisation".
