U.S. president Donald Trump reported on Thursday that he would reduce customs duties on goods from China by 10pp in exchange for his promise to halt the flow of chemicals from producing fentanyl from China. Trump besides announced that China would not introduce the announced restrictions on exports of uncommon earth metals for at least a year.
