Trump: No talks until they pay

US president Donald Trump said Sunday that leaders of another countries hope to convince him to lower tariffs. "They come to the table. They want to talk, but there are no talks until they pay us quite a few money all year," he said. He besides assured that he does not want stocks to fall on the markets, but - as he assessed - "sometimes you gotta take medicine to fix something."
