Trump: We do not plan to retreat troops from Europe, but we can decision them

Donald Trump said on Thursday his country did not plan to retreat its forces from Europe. During his interview with the Finnish President, Alexander Stubb besides stated that NATO should consider excluding Spain from its ranks. It's not the first time the president of the United States has suggested that any countries be excluded from the Alliance.
