Trump makes exception for electronics. Tariffs will not apply to smartphones and laptops

The latest bilateral tariffs announced by president Donald Trump exclude smartphones, computers and another electronic devices, the U.S. Customs Bureau (CBP) said. The exemption besides includes hard drives, computer processors and microchips.
