Over an hr and a half - that's what Donald Trump said before Congress. This has so far been the longest always American President's appearance in front of both Houses on the Capitol. But Ukraine, it took little than 4 minutes. Trump has been relieving public speech towards Volodymyr Zelenski for the time being, which does not mean that he is restoring Ukraine's help.
