Trump limited the function of General Kellogg

Donald Trump limited the function of his erstwhile envoy for Ukraine and Russia, General Keith Kellogg, to contacts only with Ukraine. Earlier, comments about him were made by the Russians to the American side. Trump besides referred to information regarding another of the envoys, Steve Witkoff, who allegedly waited 8 hours for a gathering with Vladimir Putin.
