Trump lied about the US taking over the Panama Canal

U.S. president Donald Trump lied erstwhile he claimed his administration had begun to “reclaim” the Panama Canal, Panamanian president Jose Raul Mulino said Wednesday, reiterating his earlier assurances that the canal “is and will stay Panamanian.”
