In a late evening entry by Donald Trump in harsh words criticized the ultimate Court and the full American justice system, accusing him of politicizing, corruption and ignoring the President's will. He was most outraged by the February ruling nullifying the duties which he himself imposed under the IEEPA Sanctions Act.
Trump stressed that the decision of the court threatened US interests, allowing billions of dollars to be transferred to countries and companies utilizing the US marketplace for decades. He announced that despite erstwhile orders to refund the duties collected he would fight to prevent this from happening.
Our country has been unnecessarily relegated by the United States ultimate Court, which has been nothing more than an unfair Political Organization utilized as a weapon – he said.
Trump besides accused the ultimate Court of rejecting his 2020 electoral protests despite his claims of alleged falsification of votes. He besides criticised any of the judges nominated by Republican presidents, including his own, for voting against the expectations of his nominees, indicating that they did not work unification as judges associated with Democrats.
Charges against Powell
The president of the United States besides expressed outrage over Friday's national court decision, which blocked the summons to the court of members of the national Reserve's board of directors in an investigation into its president, Jerome Powell, regarding the advanced cost of renovation of the Fed buildings. The justice stated that the national prosecution did not supply any evidence of Powell's guilt, while many indicated that the investigation was politically motivated.
Trump asked rhetorically how it was possible that the president of the national Reserve could not be held liable for his actions. He emphasized that Powell had exceeded the budget by billions of dollars and delayed the completion of the renovation of the Fed complex in Washington, D.C., leading to serious problems and thus compromising the United States.
