During a joint press conference at the Mar-a-Lago residence, Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelenski informed about the clear advancement in the negotiations on ending the conflict in Ukraine.

The president of Ukraine remains of akin opinion. As he announced on social media, We have had a substantive discussion on all topics and we are very grateful for the advancement made by the American and Ukrainian teams in fresh weeks.
Mr Zelenski stressed that they raised the issue of the order of the next steps, and both sides agreed on the key function of safety guarantees in the process leading to lasting peace. He announced further discussions between the teams of both countries next week. He besides added that in January he plans to return to Washington together with the leaders of European countries.
Trump: Europe is responsible

Donald Trump's message indicated that the question of setting a fresh line of contact was inactive not yet resolved, although crucial advancement was made in this case, as he stressed.
