U.S. president Donald Trump said he expected to scope a trade agreement with the European Union, stressing that it must be based on fair terms.
"Of course there will be a trade agreement. They really, truly want it, and so do we. I full anticipate that, but it will be a fair deal," Trump said during talks with Italian Prime Minister Giorgio Meloni at the White House.
