U.S. president Donald Trump declared during a Wednesday gathering with president Karol Nawrock in the White home that American soldiers would stay in Poland. He besides added that if Poles want, the USA can deploy more troops in our country.
Prime Minister Donald Tusk referred to the words of the American president on platform X. "President Trump has just declared that the United States did not intend or plan to retreat American troops from Poland in the future. These are crucial words that confirm the timeless nature of our alliance" - wrote the head of government.
Declaration of increased attendance
Trump, asked by journalists about whether American soldiers would stay in Poland, replied: "I think so. Do you know something I don't?" The president of the United States added, "If already, we can put more soldiers in there if (Poles want it). They have long wanted a greater military presence."
Nawrocki emphasized that Poles enjoy the presence of American troops in our country. He added that their presence was a signal to Russia that we were together.
